Weekly Meetings
On Monday. This is the only formal structure we have. Any surprises and what I need for the week.
Reactive Communication
Whenever I think of something, it goes straight to Rose. Then it's either an appointment, a task or it's 'dealt with.'
Inbox Zero
I never look at my email because it's all filtered through Rose. Every email that's important is sent to me by Rose, all the others are none of my business.
Calendar Structure
I'm still busy, but I know what meetings I have each day and I know there aren't any with no reasons. Rose makes sure of that.
Gatekeeper
You can't get to me except through Rose. Good luck with that.
Reporting
Rose consolidates the reports from my marketing, account management and finance teams and sends it to be on Monday mornings. Simple.
